Was very ill. Let blood from arm and applied ten leeches. Had consultation. Did not do anything all the time and grumbled.

Am improving. Dictated yesterday. Afrosfmov came to-day and I finished dictating the whole lot ; but there will be many alterations. Afrosfmov is a most agreeable old man.

Corrected Youth . Am again much worse. It seems as if I shall die.

A little better. Yesterday I corrected the whole of Youth superficially. To-day began to get it finally into shape.
